Game Salad immediately crashes

I'm not able to open Game Salad anymore. It booted up properly the other day when I first installed it, but now it immediately crashes when loading up. It says that it's logging me in and verifying the application in the first dialogue box, then when the application window opens and states that it's opening a new project it closes right away. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it and that didn't work, so I'm curious if anyone knows what I should do about this.

    I would recommend contacting GameSalad Support by using the blue chat icon at the bottom-right of the forums page.

    How long do you think it usually takes to get a response from that? Because it's now been over a day since I did exactly that with no response. That's why I turned here.
