Support request

I downloaded a template from GSHelper recently that had files missing (.gsproj). I contacted support about the missing file and a link to the video mentioned in the sales video, but have had no reply and it's been a week now. Is the support system working on that site or should I seeking help some other way?

    Sorry that you're having the issue, @scottwood. I didn't see your thread on our support site - did you open a ticket on GSHelper's site or here via the blue bubble?

    Yes the ticket number is #43569 , submitted on 6th January

    Does anyone have a link to the video instructions for the bubbleball template? @Braydon has been a great help providing the missing .gsproj file, but it's been two weeks now and I'm still waiting for the official channels to reply about the video help mentioned on their sales page.
