making particles go to the center of an actor... megaman charge style

hey is there a way to make particles start from the outside of the actor and move towards the middle of the actor like megaman?

    not with the native particle system.

    However, it would be easy to create your own with spawned actors.

    Maybe even an animation of the particle field would be better.

    Do you have a GIF or video of the effect you want?
