I can't publish my app at google play

in iPhone and Android Publishing

I can't publish my game. After I upload my .apk file the console give a warning. (Attached Image)
Is this in my problem? Did i do something wrong here?

    hello,calm down my friend ,The same happened to me
    that's a gamesalad problem that they told me to solve this week

    Oh thanks guys, I recently reformat my Mac I thought I did something wrong there ^_^
