My game won't play on some computers?

So my game is finished (except maybe for some audio improvements) and I tried publishing it to see if it could be accessed without a Gamesalad account. It works pretty well on my computer (with me logged out of Gamesalad) or my mom’s computer. But on my brother’s computer, it goes blank about 1 second after the second screen loads. I made him disable his popup blocker and try again, so that’s not it. And we’re all running Windows 10 on PCs. Any ideas?

    It might be a browser issue. It ran fine for me in Chrome but does not run in Brave. I'm on a Macintosh.

    It seems to work fine in:

    Chrome, Safari, Firefox (Mac)

    Chrome, Safari (iPad, iPhone)

    Chrome, Firefox, AVG Secure Browser (PC)

    It does not work well in Edge (PC)

    Yah, it's most likely a browser issue. Could you find out which browser they're using?

    I mostly test on MacOS on Chrome when developing.

    @Laureleddy The image attachment upload is sort of broken, could you put your image somewhere else and link it?
