file buttons do not work

Hi,

I am a pro member. But I can't use the basic functions such as save, save as or open file! What the earth may be the reason?

    Are you using the online editor or one of the offline ones (Mac or Windows)?

    The online editor auto saves and does not have a traditional 'open file' option.

    If it's one of the offline versions I suggest restarting your computer and trying again. Those certainly should work.

    if you’re using the desktop version, are you logged in to your account?
