Problem test game in Fire TV (

Hello. I am testing a game on Fire TV, and when it starts, it freezes the moment it starts (like paused). Then I press the START button and go to the Fire TV menu, then run the game again and it continues without a problem.

I am using Gamesalad on Windows (not the web builder). I have also tried it in the "Touchscreen" section with NONE or default, and selecting "Touchscreen not required", of various combinations, and it doesn't work at all. I select 23 SDK and Fire TV Remote Supported.


I don't know where the fault is. Thanks and sorry for my English.

    Hi, i'd like to know if we are able to publish for Fire Tv honestly i failed all times.

    In the past, yes, but I disconnected from Gamelsalad for a couple of long years. Now I am trying again. At the moment I am only testing on Fire TV using adb.

    adb is a command for install apk in android for example. https://developer.android.com/studio/command-line/adb

    Are you using the RC? There is a fix for that in the RC.

    I use build RC button

    This is an embed external element. It can be deleted using the delete key or the backspace key. To view the full element, press the preview button below.

    First I press "build RC" and then I download it to sign, with the download button. On Mac I use the sign apk button. I use 21 sdk.

    I have tried to put a simple scene with nothing first and it also freezes.

    To upload the project I use Gameslad App, both on PC and Mac. I have tried another game and it also happens to me. No test goes from the second in the initial scene until it is frozen.


    In the Build RC button I get the following address if I copy:

    Has anyone managed to install a game on the amazon fire tv without the problem I mention?

    Perhaps the bug is still present, I have tried in many ways.

    So when I mentioned the RC fixed the issue, we were able to install a game using it, (on a 4k Fire TV stick). Please PM the publishing link to the game (if you already have, I apologize, I'm about to look at my messages after writing this). I'd like to look at your game specifically and see if I can find the issue.
