active problem,help

i try to buy the express ver of gs,but i failed at the first time because i make a mistake at file the card Information.

so i cancelled the subscription in amazone,and try to pay once more.

but then i found when i push the upgrade ,the website auto goto the project management website.

And my card show that gs have not cost the $99.

but in my gs page it said that i have start the express membership.

And when i tap the activate button at the gamesalad,it showed that "could not authenticate user" but i have filed the right email and password,
i try many time ,it still not work.help~

    1. you need to wait more than 2 minutes before you ask again!

    sorry i just make a mistake ,i quote my 1st post at 2# ,but there is no del post,so i edit the 2# to help.

    its a holiday weekend in the US, they probably are not in the office. They should get back to you in the morning.
