iWeb - Let people post stuff on website

I'm building my website and I wanna add a text field and when the user clicks send button it will then publish to my website for everyone to see, sort of like Twitter or Facebook

But I got no clue how!

That's pretty noob friendly - I assume it is what you are looking for; posting of comments? Although Twitter and Facebook are obviously people posting within their own accounts, I'm assuming as you're using iWeb you wont actually have members.
