The preview screen is bigger than my touch?

When I preview my app on the computer, the preview screen is bigger than my iPod touch. And yes I put the settings to 'iPhone landscape'. What's wrong?

    The pixels on your computer are larger than the ones on your device.

    thanks! so i guess if the quality is kinda bad on my computer it will be better on my touch cause the pixels are smaller?

    Yes, the graphics will tighten up on your device. If you have an iPhone4, the pixels are so small you can barely detect them.

    yeah i have the newest touch. I'm so relieved :p i kept thinking my graphics would be super pixely on the iphone like my computer.
