help with membership?

hi :) i just signed up to gamesalad, and ive downloaded the creator. i now want to be able to publish games to my phone, app store ext however when i follow links to the membership/pricing page it says the dish ive ordered is currently not avalable. how come? everyone else has managed, is it just me? am i doing something wrong? :S
please help if you can

    i think GS has stopped membership wait a week or two and maybe they will open it

    ah , cool :) so i should be able to sign up when there done? do you know when it will be done? days / weeks or months? :S

    Sorry, but there is a long awaited update coming soon(hopefully), and the prices are being changed, so you can't get the membership until the update is out. Sorry!

    I can't imagine them taking down the membership for a week or two. They wouldn't want to miss out on that business.

    It was speculation, but 1.0 on 10/10/10 would look cool. Gendai Games is a game company, so maybe they're trying to have a little fun.
