Resolution independence and iPad

If I have an app with resolution independence and I build it for iPad, it will look good/work properly as on the various iPhone version?

    I'm not sure if I understand your question correct.... but your app will look the same on any iPad cause there is really only one version at the moment.

    I want to know if resolution independence will resize my app and actors size to the iPad resolution

    Resolution independence and iPad are mutually independent. You can't have both. RI is for iphone4 versions only. If you build an iPad app, it'll ignore it, but you'll increase the size of your app including both versions of images
