App Submission Problems!

Hello Everyone!
Today I Decided to post my first app on the App Store.
I have done everything as described on the Apple Website, but on the "Version Information" page when I click "save changes" it gives me an error saying "Select a frequency/intensity level for each Apple content description."

    do you mean the rating ?

    the rating you must check them all.

    Yes you have to check something for each of the rating items listed.

    You aren't stupid - you should have seen some of my early questions here. I may as well have been asking; "HEY GUYS, WHAT'S A .PNG? IS IT A SOUND FILE?" - lol.

    And congrats on your first app - I hope you survive the two odd weeks it takes to get it into the store; they aren't easy. ^-^;
