What are you having a problem with?

    Sorry, forgot to mention....

Here is the issue. My main actor, which we will call the doodle, the collision area is too big for the illustration that has been added.

What I did was make a "pasted on" actor in which I want the platforms to interact with that collision area instead of the doodle actors area. I can't seem to quite figure out how to have the platform just interact with the pasted on actor and not the doodle. Every time I change it in my work area, the image falls to its death.

I hope I am making sense....

yes. I am trying to get just the platform to interact with the pasted on actor but every time i switch it, the doodle falls to its death..

Do I understand this correctly: you have two actors, one that displays and image and one that does all the colliding. You basically want the two to stay together but you can't get it so that only invisible actor does the colliding?

I'd love to take a look, I like challenges, although, this had better not be frustrating :)

whats your email? I don't have an email that I use specifically for GS so I'd rather not publicly post it (not due to the fact that I don't trust members, it's more the lurkers).

    thanks man

and yes... I have 2 actors. One "doodle" and one that i want for collision purposes.... When I placed my image on my doodle actor, the collision area was bigger and I need precise control. What I did was make a "pasted on" actor that I want to use for collision purposes. The pasted on actor will end up being invisible..

As of right now, the doodle just doesn't need to land directly on top of platform in order for him to jump. Thanks guys.
