EASY,MEDIUM, AND HARD

How do you change the way the game plays from easy,medium to hard? Do you have scenes for each one? Just wondering how you would change it if you only have one scene if you do.

    In my game, I've got easy, medium, hard and insane. Instead of having multiple scenes, I have it adjust the amount of ammo & health you start with, and how much the ammo and health packs give you.

    How do you change without multiple scenes? Do you have a attribute that shows when hard is touched change attribute ammo and health? How do you change the scene boxes on the screen without deleting them?
