Error - Pro Account to Express on it's own?

Hi..

Anyone else have this happen yesterday...I got an GS email yesterday thanking me for upgrading. I have been Pro since March....but my creator now does not have Pro behaviours or custom splash? Never touched a thing?

    i got that email renewing my express account.
    Not sure about your pro.
    They said that if our mmbership expired before the release of the new pricing system they would renew it until the new plan becomes active. :)

    did you have express before that was due to run out during this time (before you purchased pro)? If so, maybe GS spotted that and gave you a 'free' extension of express that overwrote your pro? Only a thought, either way I wouldn't contact them immediately.

    Same thing happened to me. I emailed them and they told me there was a problem and they would look into it, but it hasn't been fixed yet
