How to upload a project to site?

I have a project that I have been starring at for 3 days and it is driving me crazy. It's basically using CodeMonkey's (thanks) Joystick demo. I have checked all that I can think of and I can't get the joystick to move the actor. Was hoping to upload it and maybe someone can have a look and advise me where I'm messing it up.
