Anybody else having trouble publishing their game?

It's been 2 days and I am trying to get a build of my game on my ipad for testing purposes...

this is the message I am getting:

The GameSalad publishing server is experiencing problems. Please try again later.

    The publishing server is not working for me either.

    OK, I think I got this.

    You might want to try uploading your game to a new listing. If you're trying to update an older listing, it might not work.
