Game Preview Not Working

hi i was wondering if anybody else had this problem.
GameSalad creator works fine but when i go to preview my game with either play button i just have to end up force quitting GS due to the fact that it freezes every time if anybody has any suggestions it would be very appreciated. Thanks

    you probably have a bad rule.

    try opening one of the built in templates and make sure that works.

    just to be safe, what are the specs of your machine?

    OS?
    Hardware? (processors/ram)

    Ummm... the game preview thing works in the templates. How do i know whether i have OS or Hardware?
