Head Chefs Sous Chefs and Members

Under the names it says either Head Chef, Sous Chef, or member. What does this mean?

    sous chiefs are moderators they have access to edit/remove your posts. Head chiefs are GS employees who are deep in the know. and members are everyone else

    I'd love to have the prestige honour of becoming a Sous Chef. Or even a Head Chef, those are some of my aspirations in this awesome community. I just wanna learn more and more and more!
