Can GameSalad make this type of game?? Need alot of feedback

I seen some simple quickplay games but can gamesalad make something a little deeper like this Contra style game called Raynium . Check out the video and give me your thoughts. Thanks in advanced!!!

    Of course, but not without a deep knowledge of the tool. Without it one can do it anyway, but performance would be pretty bad.

    yes it can...

    some spawning for the weapons,

    Camera movement for the elft and right scrolling,

    joysticks.

    etc etc...

    All very possible.

    You might have to tweak certain areas to keep it running smoothly with all the spawning.. But certainly possible.
