why can't i download this template

a posting shows we can download this template but i dont see any option to download form the website or even from within GS?

    @ Yellow this is owned by Wayne he just wants you to test it not download that's why there is no download option

    oh, i read in his post that he was making it available to download the free template for both his dress maker and dress maker 2 games.
