so im getting close to the point of development where I really need to settle on a name, and I'm having difficulty. I was using ADRIFT during development for place holders, and I like the name, but unfortunately it's already taken.

it's a puzzle game where you're ship explodes out in space, and you need to get back home.

anyone have some good ideas?

I'd definitely try and play off the emptiness and loneliness in such a vast environment...

Or, how is one trying to get back home in regards to game play? Is there something there that we could play with?

I wanted to do lost in space, but I think I'd have problems with that.

rattlehead, that's what I'd like to do, but I can't think of anything good... but then again, I have been awake all day and I'm exhausted. Adrift was the best I came up with a few weeks ago, but I'm not loving it. but thats the kind of emotion I want to evoke.

another thing I'm thinking about is the number of syllabols to use. the best games all seem to have 3 syllable names: Ang-ry birds, doo-dle jump, cut the rope, world of goo, fruit nin-ja.

I could make it play on the gameplay. I'm not quite ready to reveal it yet, it's nothing special but I'm still tweaking it.

You are very, very welcome, mate!

IF it's taken, you could always try 'A long way home' ;)
