How to get openfeint or gamecenter?

I want gamecenter or openfeint in my upcoming app, but I don't know how. Does apple or Openfeint have to ask you after a while? Does anyone have a game with gamecenter?

    Gamesalad do not offer any option for gamecenter or openfeit

    We keep being told its coming, so maybe make your game with GameSalad, and fingers crossed by the time your game is finished you can add game centre...
