    What do you mean by "ohh dear"? I'm pretty sure that these are the same graphics as in the GS template (changed a little bit). And in the game industry I hate two things:
    1. When someone take other person's work as his own.
    2. When someone makes a game, which is just copying successful game (or title) without adding anything new or unique, and wants to earn easy money.

    send a note using the contact us page. with the last person who did this they contacted them asking them to replace the graphics and resubmit it.

    this one at least looks like he edited the levels a bit, but they still need new graphics.
