which type of attribute can be a decimal?

I have been making a total bone head mistake and trying to change an integer attribute to a decimal value, which I just realized by definition an integer cannot handle. Is there an attribute I can use with a decimal? Angle maybe?

That would be greatly appreciated scitunes, i too would really benefit from knowing more about the attributes. As of yet in my designing ( i am a newbie tho ) i have avoided using them as to be honest, i wouldnt know where to start with them. I have tried to look at a few projects that use them but sometimes it is confusing as it may only be a simple demo but has lots going on at the same time, it would be useful if there was a project for each which only gives the example at bare minimum level, nothing fancy but just shows how each attribute is used in seperate projects.
