bugs??

hi im making a new game just like the one i did 2 hours ago exactly same...but actors arent spawning the camera isnt moving with the playr character!!i had this same problem yesterday but when i closed the gamesalad app and opened it few hours later it was working..now im working on this new game and im having the same trouble!!and im facing this problem since i updated gamesalad!!

now i cant change the position of the spawning characters...ive changed the position many times but they are still spawning at the same position

please help

    its the same as basic shoot em up...some times it works sometimes it dosent!
