How do you make your text graphics?

I have seen some personalized fonts around the forum in their games and was wondering how you guys make these.

    Art Text to make text and vector designer to make graphics(wish I had adobe illustrator)

    Pixelmator because it spell checks!
    GIMP can do it too ...

    I use Art Text. Works great and comes with some great templates.
