Please Help With Spawning!

So basically i really need help to make this game work everything else about my level template i have working its just this one thing! So i want to spawn 4 random actors in 4 set locations on the top of the screen in rows every second and only spawn like a set number per round and now i have 4 "spawners" at the top and every second they spawn a random actor but no matter how i set it up some of the spawners will skip a block or something and its not very consistent and idk why if i just need to start from scratch or what? could someone please tell me they would go about spawning a row of 4 random actors in a row of 4 every second?

    Can you post a video or something. I don't really understand what your trying to accomplish. as well as why you need 4 spawners. Maybe a screenshot of your rules if you don't want to do a video.
