I've accidentally revoked Distribution Certificate. Consequences?

As title says, I've accidentally revoked my Distribution Certificate in Provisioning Portal.

Now all my "Distribution Provisioning Profiles" says "Invalid" in the "Status" bar. All my released apps...

But, I've successfully uploaded a new game with new Distribution Certificate I've created after revoking the old one..

What will happen now to all those released titles? Did I do something really bad or is this not important?
