Did I say this all correctly? (artwork)

I sat down with a guy that's going to do my artwork. Here's what I told him, I just want to be sure that I told him correctly or I didn't leave anything out. That way, it doesn't cost me thousands of dollars to get this right.

1. .png, .png-8, .png-24
2. 72 dpi
3. I have blocks of 3 different sizes; 32x24, 44x28, and 56x32, but I told him to make them; 64x48, 88x56, and 112x64 (for the iPhone 4). I'll then purchase the re-sizer and convert for the iPad.
4. The backgrounds will be 320x480, but I told him to make them; 640x960 for the iPhone 4 (also, will use the re-sizer for the iPad conversion).

I think that's everything that I told him. What else should I have said, or did I do this correctly?

Thanks!

Thats pretty much it. You may want to ask him about saving some vector art files at least for the background. since the re-sizer will take the images to a little bit larger that the high res size but I don't know a ton on ipad stuff since I haven't done any ipad games yet.
