Cannot activate membership

When I try to activate my membership in GameSalad, it tells me that my email and/or my password is incorrect though I can login with my email and pw on this website...

    use the contact us link at the bottom of the page and send an email to support.

    I could solve the problem:

    Error Message: Could not authenticate user.

    * You have used multiple logins on the same computer. To fix this use the following steps:

    1. Open a project.
    2. Click the orange 'Publish' arrow so you can log in using that process.
    3. Then exit that process and try activating your subscription using the normal method described in this section.
