Updating xcode and sdk?

Im wondering how you update xcode and the sdk to 4.3. Do I need to do this to submit my app? Do i just re-install the whole xcode package or is there a way to simply update?

    you just go on to your dev account and download the version thats there, it will be the newsest one, then just install and it will overwrite the previous one.

    So you just have to re download the 4.whatever gig file? You just cant update within xcode? That really kind of sucks

    Hey blue,
    have you read the ratings xcode4 gets in the mac app store? Kind of funny to see an apple product the so many 2 star ratings!
