Apple store world or not?

Hello guys,
let's say i publish my app on APP store today and it's validated. ( I live in a little island next to australia : New caledonia for the one who know :). My question is, will my application be available world wide? or only to a specific region?

    Yeah, you can choose when you upload it, by default it is set to worldwide
