app profile help please

Hello, I have my game ready and I hit "publish" and then "iphone" but when the iphone publishing screen opens there is no profile for my game, it's blank. Any help?

    have you setup and installed your provisioning profiles from the apply developer portal?

    ok created and downloaded and put the icon onto itunes and i get into the publish new iphone game screen but the code sign field shows my game name and not " developer" or "ad hoc" or "app store" whats up with that...Thanks
