Inspector Window Size Setting.

I have a large monitor. It big enough for me to have a IPAD Landscape scene on the right and plenty of room on the left for the Inspector window. ( Window that shows the actors and attribute choices and Image/audio/actors).

I grab the right side of the inspector window and size it so its not overlapping the Scene window ( IPAD Landscape ) But everytime I leave that page and come back. The inspector window has went back to the size it was before I moved it. Covering a portion of my scene again. And I have to reset it every time. Is there a way to lock this?

    Man I wish. I haven't found a way. Im on a small screen and would love to resize stuff for better view ability.
