Can I use garage bands loops without legal issues?

Hello guys

I'm planning to use one of the loops from garage band as the main music theme from my game. I just dont want to get into any legal issues with apple. Is this okey?

    Yes it is okay. Anything created in Garageband is royalty free for your projects. You just can't take the loops and sell them individually, or in a package of individual loops. If you create something with 2 or more loops, then you can.
