changing app price after release

is it possable to change the price of an app after its been released either make it more expensive/cheaper or make it from a paid app to a free app and visa versa?

    Yes, you can do that through iTunes connect whenever you want.

    do you know how long it takes to change is it the same as an update or is it instant?
