fps counter..

can somebody please point me in a direction of a FPS counter tutorial?

Reading everything about performnce issues of GS im getting worried about my game since im using "so many" (dont really know if its that many..) particles and spawners etc..

    You need to use the gs viewer to view fps and memory usage.
