Help with my project please!

Hi, I´m writing because i need help with 2 problems in my play, the first one is that the energy bar grows beyond its limites and the other one is that when we accelerate, the actor has a small vibration.

I made a little demo where you can see these mistakes.

I hope can send it to someone who has the disposition to help me fix it.
