IPHONE APP CRASHING HELP!!!!!!!!

Hello i have tested my app via gamesalad preview and via my itouch. It works just fine. But im getting reviews of people saying it is crashing. How do I fix or resolve this issue when mine works fine. PLEASE HELP!!
P.S. Name of iphone gam is feed the piggy if you need to know

    Apple told you when the game is crashing. You just have to enter the game's profile on iTunes Connect and check it.

    what is the memory usage of the game when you test using the viewer? what generation device did you test on?

    Did you use any .caf sound files. I had similar with my game, but once i removed any .caf sound file everything worked fine.

    I made some changes on my game and the iPhone version is working perfectly and for some reason the iPad version crashes a lot. Code is as it was, the changes were some minor twiks on the levels and I'm stuck now.

    Any idea when this fix will be available ?
