Change meta tag in Itunes connect: time?

I have several games, but now i want to change the meta tag description of it in the itunes store.
Can anyone tell me how long before the new descriptions are showing?

Goes this process also in the "in review" state?

i think those types of changes take place when your update is approved, but it's been a long time since I've done it.

Thanks for your replay.

But i don't have to update any binaries (games).
Only the meta tag description.
