Opinions wanted - this art style?

So I just wanted some honest opinions on art style.
I am making a game that includes 3 smaller mini high score type games that people can just pick up and play.
Right now I am finishing the first game (pictured below) and have gone with a sort of chalkboard theme. Before going any further, I just wanted some input if people like this art style or if I should go with a more solid color and "cartoony" look.
I realize it is my decision, but since customer's will determine the fate of the game, I'd rather choose art styles that a majority of people will like, and not what I necessarily like.
