It's sucks! Let's say I have to make app with the same functionality for iPhone and iPad then I have to choose for which device I would create app because Apple won't approve both apps with the same functionality.

    why wouldn't they approve both?

If they are free they won't approve it, but if they are paid they will. Just put hd in th title, people do it all the time.

Also, please search next time, this question has been asked about once a week since the iPad came out.

It doesn't matter if it's paid or free apps, Apple won't approve applications for iPad compiled and for iPhone compiled even with the different name if they have the same functionality. Apps for iPhone/iPad with the same functionality should be universal. Read Apple rules.

    Chek out my games
    Zombie Heads - http://howihatethenight.com/games/zombie-heads/
    And
    Zombie Heads HD - http://howihatethenight.com/games/zombie-heads-hd/

Exactly the same, except one is iPad and one is iPhone. They encourage people to submit universal binaries, and force I when an app is free, but there are plenty of examples of apps priced differently for iPhone and iPad with the same functionality.

Cut the rop, angry birds, dungeon hunter. Pretty much every single game loft game.

No but they are the same games with same levels. If your app is crap they may reject it

that's odd. I don't know why that would get deleted. maybe someone did it by accident? but even that prompts you.

Are you sure you didn't just forget to submit it? I do that a lot. Man think of all the additional "wisdom" that this forum has missed out on because I type something and never hit send. LOL
