Apple developer purchase form problem , help!

I am faxing my apple developer purchase form .
I 'm using my brothers credit card , so when it asked me to enter the credit card info , i used my brothers name , so when i went to the last stage of the apple developer ( which included the information that i should fill in the purchase form ) , it said that i should write in my brothers name under the " full name " in the purchase form . Is that okay ? Is this the name that will be published near my apps in the app store ?

And what should i write in the " Company name " , is this where i should write my name as the developer ?

Sorry i'm kinda confused .

    The name on the credit card is who will be listed as the Developer.
    You can add your name in the company line if you want though.

    So basically my brothers name will be shown as the developer ?

    it will be shown under his name in some of the listings.
