Will the "Created By GameSalad" Screen Always Be Seen?

On the videos that shows Apps, made with GS Creator, they always starts with the same screen that writes "Created By GameSalad" and than starts the game.

Are they all free 'trial' version of the GS or, will it be the same when I buy the software?

    Not if you buy the professional version.

    pro version: no, you can have custom loading screens.
