hiring a graphic artist

I'm looking for a graphic artist.
I'll be needing the icons: 512x512, 57x57, 114x114, 29x29, 58x58, and a 320x489 launch image, as required by apple.
In addition i will need 8 55x55 game pieces.
I realize the icons mentioned above can just be made from the 512x512, but would prefer you did the resizing.
I am purchasing and can supply you with eps files of the images i want, there are only two SMALL changes i need made (rotation and changing background color).
