GameSalad & Proxy

hola ppl,

Does gamesald work through a proxy? im able to work on it, but unable to login , and hence unable to search tutorials or other stuff.

Is there a workaround, am i missing something while installation?

    you dont have to login to search those sections but normally a proxy is what blocks access so it would be different for everyone here. some peoples proxies will allow it and some will not. You will prob need to talk to who ever runs your network and see if you can disable the proxy or get access to to use GameSalad.

    hi,

    :) thnx , but funnily im the one who runs the proxy :)::) and i have done everything necessary to allow gamesalad through the firewall ,
    but i guess it needs to be told the proxy address and port, i just dont know if there is a option to change those settings.

    Ah well that would prob be a contact GameSalad question then. I don't know of any reason it wouldn't work behind a proxy. Im sure with 50,000+ users some of then are behind a proxy as well.

    exactly... i understand that there would be so many ppl working through proxies..will wait for one of the admins to help me out here.
