    Nice find, and something which confirms what a lot of people here already think - that Android, as it is right now, really isn't worth it!

    I agree. Sales of my 'Help! I'm on a Diet' app (which I developed before I became a GS user) were higher on it's first day on the App Store than for the whole of the six months it had been on Android!

    From reading various forum posts, news articles and so on, it seems to me that Android users tend not to download apps, and when they do, they mostly download free ones.

    For us developers, the market to concentrate on is Apple!

    Indeed.

    It seems most devs look at the installed base (which is very good) and imagine the potential sales based off that. Which is just not the reality of the situation, as the culture is very different!

    Unfortunately their app store is very fragmented. Hopefully they will make the necessary changes to help those devs that have good quality apps. I can't imagine the crap you'd have to sift through in that app store compared with Apple's!
