How Should i Do Multiple "Blasts" in a scene?

Hi all,
-I have just started out programming the blasting Rules in my game, Such as the one in the T-shirt booth Tut. And i was wondering if there was any way to Spawn in TNT blocks that when activated all go off, each with a unique blast. The problems i have come across are that, i have had to devise a rule system that only fills in X.Y postions when they are put down. Eg. if Blast one does not equal 0, then it looks to blast two if that equals zero then it changes its postion. I am currently worrying if this will create problems later when doing the blast rules to move objects.
The other problem i have is that i would prefer it, if i could spawn in an actor that would change the scenes X.Y postions and not the games, but i have no idea how to do this as the spawn action does not see the ones in the scene.
Can any-one understand this, and can anyone offer any advice or a simpler method?

-Thank you in advance,
Qorrel ^_^.

I have tried to setup something like this before and i'm sure its possible but I cannot actually find a way to make every blast unique in that all objects are realistically affected by all blasts.

Well, I have made a test, but it does not seem to be working =L. The blocks just seem to fly off in a direction regardless of TNT. But i think thats most likely a mistake i have made and cannot see =I.
